Customer Care Support and Training

Job Type:  Full-time   |  Salary:  $23.00 – $33.33 per hour   |   Work Location: Remote

Job Description:

As part of our customer support and training team you would be responsible for daily response to our customer questions around our ChildCareproTM transaction, document, and business management services. You will also grow into the role of training our customers and how to migrate to our solution from a manual or competing solution and how to best use our solutions.


  • Strong independent work ethic as Community Care Professional Solutions Inc. is a remote work environment

  • Comfort in using the phone and video conferencing to interact with customers, facilitate training and support, and to position business solutions.

  • Bookkeeping history and knowledge of accounting procedures including Billing, Payment Collection, Accounts Receivables, is an asset.

  • A good knowledge and understanding of the child care industry and its business processes is an asset.

  • Knowledge and understanding of migration and new implementation of software is an asset.

  • Bilingual – English and French is an asset.

  • A professional designation is preferred, although not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training and supporting new clients with our child care management solutions and business procedures.

  • Provide ongoing technical and billing/receipting procedural support to our clients.

  • Assisting users for day-to-day operations or running an organization.

  • Knowledge of financial data to our solutions to ensure the integrity of the client’s financial data, Including:

    • Contact management

    • Billing, Subsidy and Grant reporting

    • Electronic Payments and reconciliations

    • Accounts Receivables

    • Reporting

    • Create training and support documents for our solutions and business procedures

    • Assist with the development and testing of our solutions

    • Responsible for collecting feedback for continuous improvement of our solutions and services

    • Work with a team – support and cooperate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities at the same time.

  • Familiar with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Meeting
