Position/Qualifications Strong independent work ethic as Community Care Professional Solutions Inc. is a remote work environment Comfort in using the phone and video conferencing to interact with customers, facilitate training and support, and to position business solutions. Bookkeeping history and knowledge of accounting procedures including Billing, Payment Collection, Accounts Receivables, is an asset. A good knowledge and understanding of the child care industry and its business processes is an asset. Knowledge and understanding of migration and new implementation of software is an asset. Bilingual – English and French is an asset. A professional designation is preferred, although not required Key Responsibilities Responsible for training and supporting new clients with our child care management solutions and business procedures. Provide ongoing technical and billing/receipting procedural support to our clients. Assisting users for day-to-day operations or running an organization.
