All childcarepro users have access to an on-line user manual. The user manual can be downloaded from the childcarepro website or used as a quick reference tool. It contains five task-oriented modules that take you through all the system functionalities step-by-step. Modules include:

Start-up Training
New childcarepro users are provided start-up training to help them get familiar with the system and allow them to quickly become independent.
You could receive up to four two-hour training sessions, specifically adapted to your facilities needs. These sessions are scheduled strategically in order for you to master each separate task.
Training instructors are handpicked for
their knowledge and teaching style.
