Vari Tech wishes to acknowledge its CEO, Mariette DeGagné for winning the Business Builders Award presented to her at the Women Business Owners of Manitoba's 18th Annual Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Gala in Winnipeg Manitoba on May 20, 2010.
The Business Building Award recognizes a woman who has used foresight and initiative to change, grow, and re-focus with emerging trends leading to significant growth in her business. This growth could have resulted from expanding into a new sector of the economy, using innovative strategies in an existing sector, or doing business in sectors where women are few.
